随着生物分析检测技术的快速发展,对痕量物质的快速、超灵敏、高通量检测需求不断增多。其中,以巯基-金为基础构建的自组装单层膜分析技术作为超灵敏检测分析系统的重要组成部分,以其形成自组装膜方便、分析响应迅速、易于和其他分析方法联合使用等优点,已得到了广泛的应用。首先对巯基-金自组装单层膜原理进行简单介绍,并对其在生物分析测试中的应用进行分类总结,同时对应用中存在的一些缺陷和改进方案进行了探讨。希望通过从原理、应用、缺陷到改进方法的总结,对未来巯基-金自组装单层膜的设计和研究具有一定的指导意义。
With the rapid development of technologies for current biological analysis and detection,the demand for the rapid,sensitive and high-throughput detection of trace substances is increasing.As an important component of ultrasensitive detection and analysis system,the self-assembled monolayer analysis based on thiol-goldis widely used because of its convenience and ease to be combined with other methods.First,this paper briefly introduces the mecha-nism of thiol-gold self-assembled monolayer.Second,we summarize the application and classification of these methods in bio-detection.Finally,the defects and corresponding improvements in the application scheme are discussed.By the summarization of the mechanism,application,defects and the improvement,this paper will be useful in the design and research of thiol self-assembled monolayer film in the future.
