在酸性硫酸锌体系中研究了不同氯离子含量对Al/Pb-0.3% Ag-0.06% Ca复合β-PbO2颗粒阳极行为的影响,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等技术手段来表征阳极的特征.结果表明,随着氯离子含量的增加,阳极的析氧过电位逐渐增大;阻抗呈逐渐增大的趋势;阳极表面膜β-PbO2和α-PbO2衍射峰强度整体呈现出减弱的趋势;阳极氧化膜上的枝状晶簇消失;腐蚀速率逐渐增大.当氯离子含量为300 mg/L时,阳极具有最大的表观电流密度i0,表现出了最好的电化学性能以及耐腐蚀性.
