利用3-(4-溴苯基)-6-氯哒嗪和烟肼合成了新化合物6-(4′-烟酰胺基)苯基-3-(3′-吡啶基)哒嗪并[3,2-c]1,2,4-三唑(K2),通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和碳谱等技术手段对化合物K2进行了表征。化合物K2可以选择吸附Hg(Ⅱ)离子。通过火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)检测Hg(Ⅱ)离子吸附,结果表明,在pH值6.0~8.0条件下,20 min即可达吸附平衡,饱和吸附量为45.60 mg/g。以0.50 mol/L HCl与1.00 mol/L硫脲作为洗脱剂,洗脱率达97%。对Cd (Ⅱ)、Co (Ⅱ)、Ni (Ⅱ)、Zn (Ⅱ)和/Mn (Ⅱ)的选择性系数分别为5.67、6.70、10.20、8.90和9.21,体现了化合物K2良好的选择吸附能力。化合物K2对Hg(Ⅱ)离子的吸附符合准二级动力学反应控制的化学吸附过程和Langmuir模型。

6-(4′-Nicotinamido)phenyl-3-(3′-pyridinyl)pyridazino[3,2-c]1,2,4-triazole(K2) was prepared by 3-(4-bromophenyl )-6-chloropyridazine and nicotinic hydrazide , and characterized by infrared spectroscopy , 1 H-and 13 C-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy .The adsorptive properties and the selectivity of compound K2 for the separation of Hg 2+were investigated .The results indicate that the maximum adsorption capacity is 46.50 mg/g.The adsorption capacity reaches equilibrium within 20 min at pH 6.0~8.0.Using 0.50 mol/L HCl and 1.00 mol/L thiourea as desorption solvent , the desorption rate is more than 97%.The selective factor (α) values of Hg (Ⅱ) for Cd (Ⅱ) , Co (Ⅱ) , Ni (Ⅱ) , Zn (Ⅱ) and Mn (Ⅱ) are 5.67 , 6.70, 10.20, 8.90 and 9.21, respectively .These indicate that compound K 2 has excellent adsorption and selective properties .The experimental data follow the Langmuir adsorption model and a pseudo-second-order model.
