通过化学浸泡试验、动电位极化曲线并结合扫描电镜(SEM)对晶间腐蚀形貌的观察,研究探讨了ASTM A262 B法、C法以及硝酸-氢氟酸法三种化学浸泡试验方法对不同热处理态的690合金管的晶间腐蚀敏感性检测的适用性.结果表明:三种化学浸泡方法中,硝酸-氢氟酸法最佳,能准确且快速地评价690合金管的晶间腐蚀敏感性.
