采用分散聚合法合成了水溶性聚苯胺(PANi)纳米粒子,并利用红外光谱、电子扫描电镜和激光粒度仪观察该聚合物的结构和粒径分布.采用极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究该水溶性聚苯胺纳米粒子对碳钢在1 mol/L HCl溶液中的缓蚀作用.结果表明:聚苯胺纳米粒子可在碳钢表面吸附成膜,从而有效降低其腐蚀速率,当缓蚀剂的质量浓度为0.5 g/L时,缓蚀率达到95.6%.
Water soluble polyaniline nanoparticles were synthesized by dispersion polymerization,and their structure and particle size distribution were characterized by infrared spectrum,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and laser particle size analyzer.The corrosion inhibition effect of polyaniline nanoparticles on carbon steel in 1 mol/L HCl was investigated by polarization curves and electrochemical impendence spectroscopy (EIS).Results indicated that polyaniline nanoparticles could absorb on carbon steel and then decreasesd its corrosion rate effectively.When the inhibitor concentration was 0.5 g/L,the inhibition efficiency reached 95.6%.
