在NaCl溶液中建立了均匀介质模拟油井套管体系,采用挂片法研究了方波脉冲电流参数(频率、占空比)、阳极距离等因素对方波脉冲电流阴极保护效果的影响.结果表明:随着方波脉冲电流频率和占空比的增加,阴极极化电位分布曲线逐渐负移,极化幅度逐渐增加,有效保护深度明显延长,所需平均保护电流更小.要提高保护效果和降低电流消耗,应选择中间范围的占空比、较高的频率以及适当的阴阳极距离.

Simulation system of oil well casing was established in NaCl solution,coupon test method was used to investigate the effect of square wave pulse current parameters (frequency,duty cycle) on protection effect of pulse current cathodic protection.The results showed that with the increase of square wave pulse current frequency and duty cycle,the cathodic polarization potential distribution curve negatively shifted gradually,the polarization amplitude increased gradually,the effective protection depth was obviously prolonged,the protection current was smaller in average.To improve the protection effect and reduce the current consumption,the middle range of duty ratio,high frequency and appropriate distance between the cathode and the anode should be chosen.
