建立了制备复合材料用热压罐的几何模型,对空转状态下罐内流动场及温度场进行数值模拟,并将流动场的模拟结果与文献的结果进行对比。结果表明:平板模具的引入会改变热压罐内流动场的分布,使模具与导风筒中间区域的速度变小,而靠近导风筒和模具区域的速度变大;沿着送风方向,模具表面左侧的温度较右侧的变化快,总体分布趋势是从罐门到罐尾处温度逐渐降低;使用风机能加强模具与空气之间的换热,使模具的温度更快地接近空气的温度;流动场的模拟结果与文献结果比较吻合,验证了模拟结果的可靠性。
An autoclave geometry model used for manufacturing composites was established,the flow field and temperature field for autoclave under idling state were numerically simulated,and the simulated results of flow field were compared with the results available in literature.The results indicate that the appearance of the plate mold would change the distribution of flow field in the autoclave,making the velocity decrease between mold and air duct, while the velocity near the air duct and mold increase.Along the direction of air supply,the temperature of the mold surface changed quickly on the left side than that of on the right side.Temperature gradually reduced from door to tail of the autoclave in overall distribution trend.The using of the fan could enhanced the heat exchanges between the mold and the air,making the temperature of the mold close to the temperature of the air more quickly.Flow field simulation results are agree well with results in literature,verified the reliability of simulation results.
