采用Instron5869拉伸试验机,在550~650℃、1×10-3~1×10-5 s-1应变速率条件下对P92钢进行了高温拉伸试验,分析了温度、应变速率对 P92钢高温拉伸特性的影响,并得到了P92钢的本构方程,同时预测了1×10-4 s-1和不同温度条件下的σε=0.1值.结果表明:温度和应变速率是影响P92钢高温拉伸行为的两个重要因素,钢的强度随温度升高而降低,随应变速率增加而增大,断后伸长率和断面收缩率均随温度升高而增大;P92钢的变形激活能为92.24 kJ?mol-1,不同温度下σε=0.1的预测值与文献中的试验值比较吻合.

Influences of temperature and strain rate on high-temperature tensile characteristics of P92 steel were studied within the temperature range of 550-650 ℃ and strain rate of 1×10-3-1×10-5 s-1 by using tensile testing machine Instron5869.Constitutive equation of P92 steel was obtained,andσε=0.1 of the tested steel under the conditions of 1×10-4 s-1 and different temperatures.The results show that temperature and strain rate were two important factors influencing the high-temperature tensile behavior of P92 steel.The strength of the steel decreased with the increase of temperature,while increased with the increase of strain rate.The elongation and reduction of area of the steel increased with the increase of temperature.The deformation activation energy of P92 steel was 92.24 kJ?mol-1 .At different temperatures,predictσε=0.1 were in good agreement with experimental values from reference.
