随着废钢积累和在炼钢过程的循环利用,钢中Cu含量不断增高,影响钢铁产品质量,严重制约了废钢的利用.因此,需要在冶金过程中将Cu尽可能脱除.然而,Cu的热力学性质决定了冶金过程的氧化和还原精炼难以将Cu从铁液或钢液中去除.在分析总结现有各种脱铜方法的基础上,提出了一种基于选择性氯化和挥发的新方法,其要点为:首先使铁水或钢液中的Cu部分氧化进入熔渣,然后通过熔渣中Fe和Cu的选择性氯化和挥发反应,最终Cu以高挥发性的氯化物形式得到脱除.目前的研究表明该方法理论上可行,初步的试验结果也证实可有效地进行Cu,Fe的分离,渣系的氧化性和组成对脱铜过程有重要的影响.
