利用Gleeble-3500热力模拟试验机在800~1100℃,应变速率为0.01~10 s-1的条件下对一种核岛用钢P280GH进行了热压缩变形实验,测定了真应力-真应变曲线,对变形组织进行了系统分析,计算得到了该材料的热变形激活能数值,揭示了其不适合进行再结晶轧制的原因,并建立了该材料的本构方程,为进一步优化轧制工艺和产品性能控制提供理论依据。
The hot deformation behavior of a kind of nuclear island steel P280GH has been investigated through uniaxial compression on Gleeble-3500 thermal-mechanical simulator within the temperature range of 800-1 100℃, and the strain rate range of 0.01-10 s-1.The corresponding flow curves and microstructures have been determined and analyzed, respec-tively. The apparent activation energy was obtained, which can be used to explain the reason why the steel present was not suitable for recrystallization rolling. Furthermore, the constitutive equation was eatablished, which provides theoretical ba-sis for the researches of rolling process optimization and properties control.
