针对德国工业4.0、中国制造2025等热门话题,简要介绍了其战略要点与目标,分析了两者之间的关系,提出了冶金工业智能制造的任务。德国工业4.0和中国制造2025的核心内容是综合应用网络技术,实现智能制造与个性化生产,旨在适应制造业与用户合作共赢的需求和社会人口结构的变化。先进基础工艺和产业技术基础等基础能力薄弱是制约中国冶金工业智能制造发展的瓶颈。冶金工程专业高等教育和科学研究工作者的任务是通过学习和综合应用先进的计算机与网络技术,将冶金制造技术的基础研究提升到更高的水平,同时通过与生产企业密切合作开发出各种过程应用软件与工具,培养出更多高素质应用型人才。
Aiming at the popular topics of the German Industry 4.0 and Chinese Manufacture 2025,their strategic key points and goals were briefly introduced,the relationship between them was analyzed and the tasks of metallurgical in-dustry intelligent manufacture were proposed in this paper. The kernel contents of the German Industry 4.0 and Chinese Manufacture 2025 are the comprehensive application of networking techniques and the realization of intelligent manufac-ture and individualized production in order to adapt to double win of manufacturing industries and customers and to the change of the social population structure. The weakness of fundamental capacity of advanced basic technologies and in-dustrial technique basis is the bottleneck of the development of China metallurgical industry intelligent manufacture. The mission of those who are devoting to the high education and scientific study of the metallurgical engineering discipline is to promote the fundamental research of metallurgical manufacture technologies to even higher levels by means of learn-ing and combined utilization of advanced computer and networking technologies,in the meanwhile to develop different kinds of process application software and tools and to train more highly qualified applied talents.
