针对精整机组带钢切边后边部撕裂区容易出现“毛刺”缺陷的问题,充分结合圆盘剪设备与剪切工艺的特点,通过大量的现场试验跟踪与理论研究,设计出了一套适合于精整机组的带钢边部修磨装置.经过现场使用,效果良好,有效地解决了带钢边部撕裂区的“毛刺”问题,在不改变精整机组生产设备及工艺的前提下,大大提高了产品边部质量,给机组创造了较大的经济效益,具有进一步推广应用的价值.
In allusion to the burr problem of strip edge tearing zone after cutting edge in finishing line,fully combined with the characteristics of the disc shear device and shearing process,by tracking a large number of field test and theory research,the edge grinding device of the steel strip in finishing mill was designed,which has proved to be effective after field application,and the device can solve the "burr" problem in the strip edge tear zone effectively,and improve the quality of products greatly under the premise of not changing the production equipment and process of finishing unit,which creates greater economic benefits for the unit with further popularization and application value.
