现场测试信号处理结果表明某热连轧机存在机液耦合振动现象,为深入研究热连轧机机液耦合振动提供试验基础.以现场某热连轧机机液耦合系统为研究对象,建立其动力学仿真模型.通过数值仿真,证明该热连轧机振动开始加强时间与液压自动厚度控制系统投入运行时间存在依赖关系,并揭示了轧机伺服阀给定信号、液压自动厚度控制系统及补偿控制系统对热连轧机机液耦合系统振动的作用机制和影响规律,为深入研究轧机耦合振动及振动控制提供理论基础.

The field test signal analysis indicated the existence of the hot strip tandem mill hydraulic-mechanical cou-pling vibration phenomenon,which provided experimental basis for the further research of hydraulic-mechanical cou-pling vibration system. Taking a hydraulic-mechanical coupling system of industrial field hot strip tandem mill as the re-search object,the dynamic simulation model of hot strip tandem mill hydraulic-mechanical coupling system was set up. The numerical simulation shows that the time of vibration strength of the hot strip tandem mill depended with the opera-tion time of hydraulic automatic thickness control system,and revealed the action mechanism and the influence law of the given signal of mill servo valve,hydraulic automatic thickness control system and compensation control system of hot strip tandem mill on the hydraulic-mechanical coupling vibration system,which provided theoretical guidance for fur-ther research of the mill roll coupling vibration and vibration control.
