利用扫描电子显微技术结合能谱分析对316L/Q345R热轧复合板结合界面组织及元素扩散情况进行了检测,通过热力学计算分析了界面附近碳的分布规律,并测量了结合界面的显微硬度与剪切强度.结果表明,结合界面碳钢一侧存在约50μm的铁素体带,而不锈钢侧存在约100μm的元素扩散影响区;不锈钢中铬、镍等元素向碳钢中扩散,碳钢中碳元素向不锈钢中扩散;复合板界面剪切强度为373 MPa,明显高于标准规定的210 MPa,略低于Q345R与316L剪切强度和的1/2(379 MPa).
The interface microstructure and element diffusion of 316L/Q345R hot rolled clad plate were investigated us-ing SEM(scanning electron microscopy)and EDS(energy diffraction spectrum). The distribution of carbon content near the interface was also analyzed through the thermodynamic calculation,and the micro hardness and shear strength of the interface were measured. There exists about 50μm ferrite band on the carbon steel side and about 100μm influ-ence zone from element diffusionon the stainless steel side near the interface.Cr,Ni and other elements in the stainless steel spread to the carbon steel,and C element in the carbon steel diffuses to the stainless steel. The interfacial shear strength of the cladplate is 373 MPa,which is significantly higher than that of the standard 210 MPa,nevertheless slightly lower than half of the sum of shear strength of Q345R and 316L(379 MPa).
