试样经盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸体系消解,采用基体匹配法消除基体效应的影响,在选定的仪器工作条件下,选择Li 670.780 nm和Ga 417.206 nm为分析线,建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定铝土矿中微量元素锂和镓的分析方法.实验表明:锂和镓的质量浓度分别在0.001 1~2.4 μg/mL和0.001 6~2.4 μg/mL范围内与其对应的发射强度呈线性,校准曲线的线性相关系数分别为0.999 9和0.999 8;方法中锂和镓的检出限分别为0.14和0.20 μg/g.将方法应用于铝土矿成分分析标准物质GBW07177和GBW07179(研制单位为国家地质实验测试中心)中锂和镓的测定,测定结果与认定值相一致,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.68%~1.6%.

The sample was digested in hydrochloric acid-nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid system.The influence of matrix effect was eliminated with matrix matching method.Under the selected instrumental working conditions, Li 670.780 nm and Ga 417.206 nm were selected as analytical lines.Thus,a determination method of lithium and gallium in bauxite by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was established.The experiments indicated that the mass concentration of lithium and gallium in range of 0.001 1-2.4 μg/mL and 0.001 6-2.4 μg/mL was linear to its corresponding emission intensity, respectively.The linear correlation coefficient of calibration curves was 0.999 9 and 0.999 8, respectively.The detection limit of lithium and gallium was 0.14 and 0.20 μg/g, respectively.The proposed method was applied for the analysis of lithium and gallium in bauxite certified reference materials GBW07177 and GBW07179 for components analysis(The production institute was National Research Center for Geoanalysis).The results were consistent with the certified values, and the relative standard deviations (RSD, n=11) were between 0.68% and 1.6%.
