采用硝酸溶解样品,选择Cu 324.754 nm为分析线,Y 377.433 nm作为内标线,其中Y的质量浓度为10 mg/L,优化了试验条件,建立了采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定铜合金中主量元素铜的分析方法.铜的质量分数在20.00%~73.00%范围内,和分析元素与内标元素谱线强度比呈线性,线性相关系数r=0.999 7.方法用于分析两个铜合金样品中铜,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)为0.39%和0.30%,远低于不采用内标法测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10).按照实验方法测定4种铜合金标准样品中铜,测定值与认定值一致.

The copper alloy sample was dissolved with nitric acid.Cu 324.754 nm and Y 377.433 nm was selected as the analytical line and internal standard line, respectively.The mass concentration of Y was 10 mg/L.The experimental conditions were optimized.The analysis method of major element (copper) in copper alloy by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was established.The results showed that the intensity ratio of analytical line and internal standard line was linear to the mass fraction of copper in range of 20.00%-73.00%.The linear correlation coefficient was r=0.999 7.The proposed method was applied for the determination of copper in two copper alloy samples.The relative standard deviation (RSD, n=10) was 0.39% and 0.30%, respectively, which was much lower than that without internal standard method.The content of copper in four standard samples of copper alloy was determined according to the experimental method, and the found results were consistent with the certified values.
