在油酸钠体系下,考察了Fe3+、Fe2+随着p H值的变化对白云石、高岭土、石英纯矿物浮选的影响,以及在最佳p H值条件下Fe3+、Fe2+添加量对矿物浮选的影响;并分析了Fe3+、Fe2+对Zeta电位的影响作用.结果表明,白云石在油酸钠体系中有较好的浮选特性,且条件因素影响不显著;高岭土在油酸钠溶液中浮选回收率最高可达80%,在Fe3+、Fe2+参与的强酸强碱环境下几乎没有可浮性,Fe3+一定程度上活化了高岭土,而Fe2+则起到了抑制作用;石英的可浮性较差,加入Fe3+、Fe2+后经调节pH值均能使石英的最佳回收率达到90%以上;Zeta电位测试证实了浮选实验的结果,说明Zeta电位的变化与回收率存在一定的内在关系.

The influence of Fe3+ and Fe2+ on the flotation of dolomite ,kaolin and quartz with pH change was investigated in presence of sodium oleate .Moreover ,the effect of Fe3+ and Fe2+ dosage on mineral flo-tation under optimum pH condition was also studied .Meanwhile ,the effect of Fe3+ and Fe2+ on Zeta po-tential was analyzed .The results showed that dolomite had good flotation characteristics in sodium oleate system ,and the influence of experiments conditions was insignificant .The highest flotation recovery of ka-olin was 80% in sodium oleate solution .However ,the flotability was not observed in strong-acid and strong-base environments in presence of Fe3+ and Fe2+ .Fe3+ could activate the kaolin ,w hile Fe2+ played the inhibition effect .The flotability of quartz was poor ,but the highest recovery could be up to 90% after adding Fe3+ and Fe2+ and adjusting pH value .The Zeta potential results proved the results of flotation tests ,indicating that the change of Zeta potential was related to the recovery rate .
