对铝合金化TRIP钢开展焊接试验,研究了冷却速度对焊缝熔合区的组织和显微硬度的影响,结果表明,熔合区均含有骨骼状的铁素体(δ),熔合区冷却速度的变化没有改变铁素体为初生相的凝固特征,但会影响熔合区组织的相对含量以及尺寸,硬度则随着冷却速度的增大而增大,且与马氏体的理论硬度值的差值逐步减小.
