利用扫描电镜及能谱仪对Fe-Si-B合金中非金属夹杂物组成进行了分析,并研究了氧化物及硫化物夹杂在熔炼过程中的演变规律及其形成条件.研究结果表明:Fe-Si-B合金中夹杂物主要有Al、Si的氧化物,以及少量Ti、Mn的硫化物.经热力学计算,在1623 K下,熔炼初期主要为Al的氧化过程,当熔体中[Al]的质量分数降低至0.0022%后才发生Si的氧化;Ti及Mn的硫化物在1623 K下不能形成,需熔体分别冷却至1550和1310 K下才可形成.
The non-metallic inclusions in Fe-Si-B alloy was analyzed by SEM and EDS,and the evolution and form-ing condition of sulphides and oxides were investigated during smelting process.The results show that inclusions in Fe-Si-B alloy mainly include oxides with Al and Si,and sulphides with a small amount of Ti and Mn.Thermo-dynamic calculation indicates that Al is oxidized at the preliminary stage of smelting process.Si is oxidized when Al content declines to 0.002 2 mass% at 1 623 K.Sulphides with Ti and Mn cannot be formed at 1 623 K;they are formed when the molten alloy was cooled to 1 550 K and 1 310 K respectively.
