针对高碳钢高拉一次补吹成功率比较低的现状,对不合格的炉次进行了跟踪统计,发现造渣不当、碳温不协调、渣料质量波动对高碳钢高拉一次补吹成功率影响比较大。为此,对3个主要影响因素进行了详细分析,根据分析结果提出了相应的工艺参数优化措施及加强渣料的质量跟踪管理,使高碳钢高拉一次补吹成功率由原有的93·4%的提高到了97·3%。

Against the problem of low success rate of supplementary blowing for high carbon steel at high drawing speed,the unqualified samples were tracked and analyzed.The results show that improper slagging,uncoordinated carbon temperature and unstable slag quality have remarkable effects on the success rate of supplementary blo-wing.Therefore,detailed analyses on these three main influencing factors were made,and then corresponding op-timization measures on process parameters and track management methods on slag quality were proposed. Through these measures,the success rate of supplementary blowing is increased from 93·4% to 97·3%.
