铸坯中大尺寸非金属夹杂物是造成 IF钢冷轧薄板表面缺陷的主要原因,因此使用扫描电镜对超低碳 IF钢铸坯中夹杂物的形貌、类型、尺寸、数量分布进行了大面积(58897·3 mm2)的综合检测。结果表明:IF钢稳态铸坯中的大尺寸夹杂物主要有3种类型,大多数为簇群状的氧化铝夹杂物和簇群状的 TiOx-Al2 O3夹杂物,以及少量的“气泡+Al2 O3”。实验细致分析了不同尺寸的夹杂物在铸坯近表层的数量分布,并探讨了这种数量分布的原因。分析结果表明:直径大于100μm的夹杂物在铸坯近表层的数量分布受钩状坯壳的发达程度影响明显,而直径在20~50μm的夹杂物在铸坯近表层的分布较为均匀,同时由于结晶器中非对称流场,20~50μm 的夹杂物沿铸坯宽度方向上数量分布并不完全对称。

Subsurface macro-inclusions in slab are detrimental to the surface quality of cold rolled IF steel sheets. Morphology,type and distribution of inclusions in the ultralow carbon IF steel slab were comprehensively analyzed by scanning electron microscopy in large areas of 58 897·3 mm2 .The results show that three types of macro-inclu-sions were observed in the IF steel slab;most of them are cluster alumina inclusions and TiOx-Al2 O3 cluster in-clusions,only a small number of them are “bubble+Al2 O3”.The distribution of different sizes inclusions in sub-surface of slab was analyzed in detail.Inclusion with diameter greater than 100μm in subsurface of slab were obvi-ously influenced by the hooks.Inclusions with diameter between 20μm and 50μm are equally distributed in subsur-face of slab.Meanwhile,due to asymmetrical flow field in the mold,the number distribution of small-size inclu-sions along width direction is asymmetrical.
