烧结矿余热竖罐式回收技术是高效回收烧结矿余热的有效方式之一.在先前理论和实验研究的基础上,以中试竖罐为研究对象,基于非流态化床气固流动与传热理论,建立了竖罐料层内气固传热的解析数学模型,研究了单一参数对竖罐内气固传热过程的影响,然后利用多指标正交试验法进行参数优化,采用加权综合评分法对出口冷却风携带值和料层阻力损失2项指标进行量化处理,得出了中试竖罐适宜的结构和操作参数.研究结果表明,对处理量为40t/h的中试竖罐系统,其适宜热工参数为:冷却段直径4.4m、冷却段高度6.6m、冷却风表观流速0.6 m/s .

The vertical tank technology for sinter waste heat recovery is one of the efficient ways for recycling sinter waste heat.According to the previous theoretical and experimental researches,the pilot scale vertical tank was taken as a research object,and then the analytic mathematical model of gas-solid heat transfer in verti-cal tank was established on the basis of the gas-solid flow and heat transfer theory in the non-fluidized bed.The effect of single parameter on the gas-solid heat transfer process in vertical tank was studied.And then the multi-target orthogonal tests were conducted for the parameter optimization.The two indexes including the ex-ergy carried by the outlet cooling air and the resistance loss of sinter bed layer were evaluated quantitatively by using the method of weighted comprehensive score,and appropriate thermal parameters of vertical tank were determined.The results show that,for a given pilot scale vertical tank of 4 0 t/h,the suitable thermal parame-ters are that the diameter of cooling section is 4.4 m,cooling section height of tank is 6.6 m and the apparent velocity of cooling air is 0.6 m/s.
