以热力学分析为基础,采用直接还原熔分工艺对国外某钒钛磁铁矿进行了研究.利用 Factsage 软件计算了不同添加剂配比下的渣相四元相图,并进行直接还原试验,研究了 SiO2和 CaO 加入量对还原反应的影响以及CaF2的加入量对铁品位和回收率的影响.结果表明:在还原温度1380℃,还原时间30 min,SiO2的质量分数为7.0%,CaO的质量分数为3.5%,CaF2的质量分数为1.4%,煤粉加入质量分数为17.4%的实验条件下,还原后金属相中铁品位在95.0%以上,铁回收率97.0%以上.

The technology of direct reduction and melting process to treat vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite was discussed based on thermodynamic analysis.The quaternary system phase of slag was discussed under different proportions of additives by using Factsage software and direct reduction test was performed.The influences of SiO2 ,CaO and CaF2 on reduction reactions were also investigated.The results show that the final product contai-ning above 95.0 mass% TFe and the iron recovery ratio higher than 97.0%,is obtained at the conditions of blending 7.0 mass% SiO2 ,3.5 mass% CaO,1.4 mass% CaF2 and 17.4 mass% coal,and reducing at 1 380℃ for 30 min.
