保护渣在生产无缺陷铸坯、保证恒拉速的精细化和高效化连铸生产中起到重要的作用.中国连铸保护渣技术伴随着炼钢连铸技术的飞速发展也取得了长足的进步.在保护渣作用机制、性能控制、促进连铸生产顺行和提高铸坯质量方面的研究不断深化和系统化.中国连铸保护渣技术总体上能满足中国连铸生产需要,但是,加大研发投入、稳定原材料条件和生产工艺等方面尚有许多工作要做.从保护渣与连铸工艺的匹配、基础理论研究、关键品种的开发、生产与市场状况、保护渣的选择等方面对中国连铸保护渣技术现状进行了分析,并对今后的发展提出了一些思考.
