在辊底式热处理炉生产中,研究了炉底辊结瘤物产生原因及组成,明确了热处理中厚板辊印产生机理,提出高温纤维复合炉底辊彻底解决钢板辊印的实践经验,得出了高温纤维炉底辊表面不氧化、不烧结、不结瘤,高温状态下硬度低于钢板的硬度,有效解决了钢板表面质量问题,且承耐磨性好,结构强度高,急冷热性能好,能适应辊底炉进出料端为开口式生产模式。
In the roller hearth heat treatment furnace production ,the cause and formation of bottom roller nodulation were analyzed ,the mechanism of heat‐treated plate roller printing was cleared ,high‐temperature fiber composite to solve practical plate roll printing problem was proposed .It has been concluded that the hardness is less than the hardness of steel plates when the high‐temperature fiber surface is not oxidized ,not sintered ,not nodulated ,and un‐der high temperature .The effective solution to the plate surface quality problems was raised ,and the abrasion re‐sistance is good ,structural strength is high ,anxious cold performance is good ,and it is able to adapt to roller hearth furnace out of the discharge end of the opening for the production model .
