通过对含钛球团矿护炉期间生产实践的分析和研究,安钢7号高炉确定了生铁含钛与钛负荷、生铁含硅的关系。对于钛负荷和硅的综合优化控制,应该是先确定对钛影响较大的钛负荷,再调整对钛影响较小的硅,来获得适宜的钛负荷。含钛炉料的护炉效果是建立在加强冷却强度和控制冶炼强度等护炉技术措施的基础上的,并且它是一个长期和不断调整的过程。
According to the practice and study on the furnace maintenance of titanium‐bearing pellets .It was con‐firmed in No .7 BF that the relationship between w[Ti] ,titanium load and w[Si] in hot metal .To obtaining the suitable titanium load and integrated optimal control of w[Si] ,it should be on the first hand to determine the amount of titani‐um load for its bigger impact on w[Ti] ,and then adjusting w[Si] for its smaller impact .The effect on furnace mainte‐nance is based on technologies such as increasing the cooling intensity and controlling the smelting intensity ,w hich is a long period of effort with continuous adjustment .
