从精准设计的角度出发,依据产品大纲,建立了棒线材生产流程的转炉-连铸-热轧产能匹配多目标数学模型,以工序间的实际产能与目标产能差距小且各工序的平均有效作业率高为优化目标。通过改进的分层序列法对模型进行求解,并对其进行产能核算,以求得合理的结果。基于某新建钢铁厂的产品大纲,利用此模型对该厂的棒线材生产流程转炉—热轧区段的产能匹配进行了研究,并给出了优化的设计方案。
From the perspective of precise design ,a multi‐objective mathematical model of rod and wire production process of converter‐continuous casting‐hot rolling was established according to the product outline ,aiming at narro‐wing the gap between the actual productivity and the target productivity ,and increasing the average effective opera‐tion efficiency .The model was solved by improved hierarchical sequence method ,and the capacity was calculate in order to get the reasonable results .Based on the product outline of a newly‐built steel plant ,the capacity matching of rod and wire production process of converter‐hot rolling section in the plant was studied using this model ,and the optimized design scheme was given .
