为进一步提高镁碳砖的力学性能和抗热震性,将纳米炭黑加入酚醛树脂中,研究了纳米炭黑的加入量对镁碳砖的力学性能和热震性的影响。结果表明:添加纳米炭黑能提高镁碳砖力学性能以及抗热震性,当纳米炭黑质量分数为5%(占酚醛树脂)时,镁碳砖的综合力学性能最优。
In order to further improve the physical properties of MgO-C bricks,nanoscale carbon black was added in-to phenolic resin;the effects of adding certain amount of nanometer carbon black on the mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance of MgO-C bricks were studied.The test results reveal that the mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance of MgO-C bricks were increased with the addition of nanometer carbon black.And the best complex mechanical properties of MgO-C bricks were obtained when 5% (percentage of quality in resin)nanometer carbon black was added.
