论述了宣钢150 t 转炉干法除尘技术国产化应用情况,针对除尘器泄爆、蒸发冷却器板结、静电除尘器极线极板的腐蚀等关键技术难题,开发出了有效的创新工艺及方法,取得了显著效果。其中分冶炼阶段详细讨论了除尘器泄爆机理,并有针对性地提出了零泄爆操作法,采用计算机仿真技术对蒸发冷却器及静电除尘器本体设计进行了优化,实现了蒸发冷却器无结垢、静电除尘器极线极板无腐蚀和变形、电场零泄爆的目标。宣钢国产化干法除尘技术的成功应用为该技术在国内大型钢厂普及和推广提供了有力借鉴。

The localized application of dry gas cleaning technology which are applied in Xuangang 150 t converter were discussed.Effective innovation process and method were developed to solve three key problems,namely explosion venting,soot formation in evaporative cooler,corrosions of polar and plate in electrostatic precipitator. The effect was remarkable. Explosion venting mechanism was discussed in detail according to different smelting stage. Zero-explosion-venting operation was proposed specifically. Computer simulation technology was used to optimize evaporative cooler and electrostatic precipitator.Goals such as no soot formation in evaporative cooler,no corrosion and deformation on polar and plate in electrostatic precipitator,zero explosion venting were achieved.The localized application of dry gas cleaning technology which was successfully applied in Xuangang Steel provides a powerful reference to domestic steel plants of the populization and promotion of this tech-nology.
