钢铁厂烧结余热发电是烧结余热利用的主要形式之一,利用余热发电盈利来降低吨钢能耗,积极响应了国家“十二五”规划要求节能减排的政策。然而,烧结余热有自身不稳定的特点,严重影响了发电机组稳定性、安全性及运行寿命。针对烧结余热发电不稳定性对机组产生的影响做了分析和总结,并介绍了市场常用的解决方案,并分析了各方案的优缺点。还着重分析了动态补燃系统优缺点,该系统有效解决了烧结余热发电的不稳定性。

Waste heat power generation is one of the main means of sintering waste heat utilization.The profits of waste heat power generation can be used to reduce the energy consumption per ton of steel which respond positively to the national policy that requires energy-saving and reducing emission.However,the sintering waste heat itself is instable,which seri-ously affects the stability,safety and operating life of power unit.The impacts of the instability of sintering waste heat power generation on power unit have been analyzed and summarized.The normal solutions in the markets are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of each solution are analyzed.It also focuses on the analysis of the merits and faults for the dynamic adjusting supplementary combustion technology,which indicates the system can effectively solve the insta-bility of sintering waste heat power generation.
