邯宝1号3 200 m3大型高炉2016年6月1日因主皮带断裂造成非计划休风34.5h,休风前炉况持续稳定顺行、炉缸活跃、炉温充足、各项经济指标较好.此次送风恢复过程中降低负荷、重视炉热水平、调整炉料结构,根据轻负荷料下达位置及炉内接受情况分3个阶段进行风量和氧量的恢复.同时通过炉温情况补充煤粉、快速用上高风温,提前做好出铁准备、合理安排炉前作业等,实现了炉况的快速恢复.
The 34.5 h of non-plan long time blowing down for the 3 200 m3 No.1 large blast furnace in Hanbao occurred on June 1,2016,caused by the breakage of the main fracture belt.Before blowing down,the furnace condition was continuously anterograde,the hearth was steady active,the furnace temperature was full,and the economic indexes were good.In the blowing in recovery process,with reducing the load,attaching great importance to the furnace heat level and adjusting the structure of furnace charge,the recovery of the airflow and oxygen was proceeded in three stages according to the light load blanking position and the furnace condition.Meanwhile,on the basis of the furnace temperature,the pulverized coal was added,and the high air temperature was rapidly realized.The preparation for tapping was made in advance,and the furnace operation was reasonably arranged.Therefore,the fast recovery of the furnace condition was realized.
