在沸腾氯化生产过程中,原料粒度、配碳比、反应温度和气流速度等是影响沸腾氯化效果的主要因素,而原料粒度及其分布是其中最重要的影响因素.原料的最小粒径应大于氯化过程中飘逸出炉体的最大颗粒粒径,最大粒径应小于现有载气压力能够浮起的最大颗粒粒径.从化学动力学和流体动力学两个角度计算气流速度和原料粒度匹配,并通过生产实践中的数据分析进行粒度范围修正,总结出与沸腾氯化设备结构相匹配的原料粒度分布范围.
In the process of boiling chlorination production,the particle size,the ratio of carbon to carbon,the reaction temperature and the airflow velocity are the main factors affecting the chlorination effect.The particle size and its distribution are the most important influencing factors.The minimum particle size of the raw material should be greater than the maximum particle size of the furnace in the process of chlorination,the maximum particle size of the material in the process of floating the body,the maximum particle size should be less than the existing carrier gas pressure can float the largest particle size.From the two aspects of chemical kinetics and hydrodynamics,the velocity of air flow and the particle size matching were calculated,the particle size distribution of the raw material was matched by calculating the airflow velocity and the particle size matching of the raw materials,and the particle size range was corrected by the data analysis in the production practice range.The distribution range of the raw material particle size was matched with the structure of the boiling chiorination equipment.
