采用自制的氩气氛围电感耦合等离子体(ICP)离子源封闭装置,使ICP离子源与空气隔离,形成氩气氛围ICP离子源,研究了溶液雾化进样和激光剥蚀进样情况下电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)的分析性能,证实氩气氛围ICP-MS在改善O、N、C、Ar等组成的多原子离子干扰方面具有明显的优势.在溶液进样的情况下,研究了11B、24Mg、28Si、42Ca、53Cr、54Fe、55Mn、60Ni、65Cu、89Y、115 In、137Ba、202Hg、208pb等的线性相关系数、检出限和背景等效浓度,结果表明,对易受N、C、Ar等组成的多原子离子干扰的24Mg、28Si、42Ca、53Cr、54Fe、55Mn、60Ni、65Cu,其分析性能得到明显改善;对11B、89Y、115 In、137Ba、202 Hg、208pb等同位素没有负面影响.在激光剥蚀的情况下,紫铜中31p、54Fe、56Fe、60Ni、66Zn、107Ag、121Sb、208pb、209Bi等的分析性能都有所改善,尤其以54Fe、56Fe的改善更为明显.利用该技术,采用激光剥蚀ICP MS测定了纯铜样品中P、Fe、Ni、Zn、Ag、Sb、Pb和Bi等元素,测定结果与溶液雾化进样ICP MS (SNICP MS)基本吻合,各元素的检出限分别为6、24、3、1、1、1、1和0.01 μg/g.
