采用扫描电镜及附属EDS能谱仪研究了不同预合金化温度对热成形钢22MnB5锌基镀层形貌及组织成分的影响规律.结果表明,在相同的预合金化时间下,随着温度的升高,镀层组成由开始时的ζ相、8相和Γ相逐渐转变为只有Γ相;镀层中的Fe含量逐渐增加,Zn含量逐渐减少,最终镀层中的Fe含量可达80% ~ 90%,而Zn含量最高可达到25%以上;预合金化工艺为600℃保温10 min,奥氏体化工艺为900℃保温5 min时能得到质量较好的镀层;试样在奥氏体化之后,镀层表面为ZnO和Al2O3,镀层中的组织几乎全部为α-Fe(Zn),只在表层有极少的Γ相.

Morphology and microstructure of 22MnB5 with zinc based coatings treated at different pre-alloying temperatures were analyzed by means of SEM and EDS.The results show that under the same pre-alloying time,with the temperature increases,phases of the coatings change from ζ phase,δ phase and Γ phase to only Γ phase.The content of Fe increases gradually and the content of Zn decreases,eventually the Fe content in the coatings is 80%-90%,and the Zn content can achieve 25% at the most.High quality coatings can be obtained under the pre-alloying process of heating at 600 ℃ for 10 min and austenitizing at 900 ℃ for 5 min.There are ZnO and Al2O3 onthe surface,the most part of the coating is α-Fe(Zn),only few Γ phase exists in the coating after austenitizing.
