采用原位共混法制备了葡甘聚糖/壳聚糖/水解胶原蛋白/二氧化钛复合胶粘剂,通过拉力试验、红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱、差示扫描量热分析、扫描电镜等手段研究了二氧化钛含量与紫外光照射时间对胶合性能、胶粘剂理化结构、热特性及表面形貌的影响.结果表明,与微米尺度粒径的二氧化钛相比,添加纳米二氧化钛对胶粘剂性能的提高更明显.添加微米粒径的二氧化钛,胶合强度的改善不明显,添加量过大反而会导致胶合性能的降低,在膜表面能清楚地观察到相分离.添加纳米二氧化钛能够显著提高胶粘剂的胶合强度和热稳定性;紫外线照射处理会导致胶合性能的降低;纳米二氧化钛能够与胶粘剂的组分之间形成氢键,提高体系结构稳定性的同时也降低了羰基、氨基等官能团之间的反应程度;组分之间相容性良好.
