以TiOSO4为初始原料、H2 O2为络合剂制备过氧化钛酸( perOxO-titanic acid,PTA)溶胶;再以PTA溶胶为前驱体、以P123为软模板剂组成水基自组装体系,可以制备一系列具有较高比表面积的锐钛矿-金红石双晶结构介孔二氧化钛( TiO2)。实验采用广角XRD、TEM和HR-TEM等测试对介孔二氧化钛晶体结构进行了表征。结果表明:不同的制备路径、P123的用量、H2 O2的用量和焙烧温度对介孔TiO2的双晶结构都有影响。本工作为从过氧化钛酸采用软模板法制备具有可调双晶结构的介孔TiO2提供了新的依据。
In this paper,the titanyl sulfate( TiOSO4 )was used as raw materials and hydrogen peroxide( H2 O2 )as complexing agent to prepare peroxotitanic acid( PTA)sol,from which a water-based soft-templating system can be established in combination with the Pluronic nonionic surfactant P123. A series of mesoporous titania materials with bi-crystallinity of rutile&anatase and high surface area can be prepared. The X-ray diffraction,TEM and HR-TEM were used to characterize the obtained mesoporous TiO2 . It was found that the synthetic routes,P123 contents,H2 O2 contents and calcination conditions all have the influence on the bi-crystalline structures of meso-TiO2 . This work paves the way to the preparation of meso-TiO2 with tuneable bi-crystallinity via the soft-templating route.
