研究了新型除钴剂(简称DCR试剂)脱除硫酸锌浸出液中杂质钴的工艺,考察了除钴剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、亚硝酸钠的添加量对除钴效果的影响.试验结果表明较优的工艺条件为:除钴剂为 4g/L,时间为60min,温度为60℃,亚硝酸钠的添加量为0.6g/L.在此条件下,钴的脱除率达到98.42%.
A technology removing cobalt with the new cobalt removing agent (DCR) in the zinc sulfate leaching solution was studied, the effects of cobalt removing agent dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature and amount of sodium nitrite on cobalt removal ratio were examined.The results showed that the optimum technological conditions for cobalt removing agent is 4g/L, are as follow: for time is 60min, temperature is 60℃, sodium nitrite is 0.6g/L.under this condition, the cobalt removal ratio is 98.42%.
