分别采用等离子体及乙醇浸润法对微滤膜进行预处理以改善聚多巴胺对聚丙烯微滤膜表面及孔道的改性效果,并对比了两种方法对聚多巴胺沉积量、膜纯水通量及表面形貌的影响.沉积密度和水通量测试表明,相对于等离子体法,乙醇预浸润法可以更好地改善聚多巴胺在微孔膜内的沉积行为.表面衰减全反射红外(ATR/FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)结果证实聚多巴胺可有效改性乙醇预浸润膜.能量色散X射线光谱(EDX)分析显示聚多巴胺完整且均匀地分布于膜孔道中.改性膜在为期27天的测试中表现出了较好的稳定性.此外,动态蛋白过滤实验表明,改性后膜的抗污染性能得到显著提升.
