采用相转化法结合溶剂蒸发沉淀工艺制备新型聚醚砜(PES)/磺化聚砜(SPSf)共混纳滤膜,分别研究了PES/SPSF共混比、乙醇质量分数、烘箱内蒸发温度与时间对膜的脱盐率及产水量的影响.结果表明:磺化聚砜的增加,可以提高膜的致密性,从而提高膜的脱盐率.添加乙醇与二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)作为混合溶剂,当乙醇质量分数为15%,蒸发时烘箱内温度为70℃,蒸发时间为3 min时,对2g/L的Na2SO4盐溶液脱盐率为57%,产水量为16 L/(m2·h).当保持其它工艺参数不变的情况下,只提高蒸发温度为100℃时,纳滤膜对2 g/L的Na2SO4盐溶液脱盐率为65%.
