实验分别制备了添加不同表面活性剂及添加不同聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)固含量的含有纳米SiO2的铸膜液,从表面活性剂、温度、剪切速率及PVDF固含量等不同方面考察铸膜液的流变性.结果表明,铸膜液中添加表面活性剂能得到较好的流变曲线,随着温度和剪切速率的增加,铸膜液的剪切黏度均下降,而且,存在临界剪切速率值;PVDF的添加量对铸膜液的流变性及性能有很大的影响.通过测试部分不同铸膜液制备的膜的性能和微观结构,结果表明,不同铸膜液的膜性能和结构均有着一定的差别.
