对不同孔间距的布液装置影响水平管降膜特性进行了Fluent三维数值模拟研究,通过VOF方法追踪气液交界自由表面,分析了管外液膜的轴向铺展长度、周向角度的液膜厚度分布.结果表明:设定Re=322、布液器孔间距s=8 mm时,管外液膜轴向铺展均匀;s=15 mm时各自对应的液膜轴向铺展长度的平均值为8.31 mm;当z1=50%Z时,s=8 mm时液膜厚度最小.根据液膜轴向铺展和周向厚度分布的结果,综合考虑,布液孔间距采用8 mm为宜.

Three-dimensional numerical simulation of horizontal tube falling film characteristics were carried out on liquid distributors with different hole spacing.VOF method was used to track the free surface of gas-liquid interface.The axial spreading length of liquid film outside the tube,the distributions of filmthickness at different circumferential angles were analyzed.Results show that Re=322,axial liquid film spreads evenly when liquid distributor hole spacing s =8 mm;the corresponding axial spreading average distance of liquid film is 8.31 mm When s=15 mm;liquid film thickness is the smallest when z1 =50%Z and s=8 mm.According to the results of liquid film axial spreading and circumferential thickness distribution,it is advisable to adopt 8mm spacing between liquid holes.
