采用DL和DK两种型号聚酰胺复合纳滤膜处理含微量钙离子的硝酸铵水溶液,考察了跨膜压差、膜面流速、料液温度等条件对硝酸铵的透过率、钙离子的截留率以及透过液通量的影响.结果表明,纳滤膜可以在保持对硝酸铵透过率不低于90%的同时,对钙离子有最高80%的截留率;提高跨膜压差会首先提高截留率,再降低截留率;提高膜面流速会提高截留率;透过液通量主要受跨膜压差和温度的影响,均为正相关;实验结果还表明,常量硝酸铵的存在降低了纳滤膜对微量钙离子的截留率.
Ammonium nitrate solution containing tracecalcium ion as feed water is filtrated with DK and DL polymeric nanofiltration membranes.Transmission of NH4 NO3,rejection of Ca2+ and volumetric permeate flux are discussed as function of transmembrane pressure,tangential velocity and temperature.The results show nanofiltration membrane can reject at most 80% of Ca2+ meanwhile transmit no less than 90% of ammonium nitrate;rejection of Ca2+ first increases then decreases with higher transmembrane pressure;higher tangential velocity results in more rejection;volumetric permeate flux increases as transmembrane pressure or temperature increases.The results also show presence of NH4NO3 decreases the rejection of Ca2+.
