在Na2SiO3电解液体系中,添加Ce(SO4)2及Na5P3010,在ZAlSi12合金表面制得微弧氧化陶瓷层.研究了Ce(SO4)2及Na5P3010加入对所获陶瓷层的厚度、表面形貌、相组成的影响.结果表明,电解液中Na5P3010加入量为0.5 g/L时,氧化层厚度达到140 μm,表面有较多裂纹.XRD分析表明,微弧氧化膜主要由Al2O3相组成;EDS分析膜层组成元素分别是O、Na、Al、Si;加入Na5 P3O10后,Ce含量提高.
