介绍了独居石精矿冶炼技术由浓硫酸分解法到液碱分解法的发展历程,对主流工艺液碱分解法的优化研究进行了总结,对独居石渣的形成进行分析.概括了处理独居石渣回收铀、钍与稀土的酸法工艺、碱法工艺和综合回收工艺的研究进展,并对综合回收工艺中的渣浸出、有价成分分离和尾矿处理等三个主流程进行了阐述.
This paper introduces the development process of monazite concentrate smelting methods from concentrated sulfuric acid technology to liquid alkali technology.The optimization on mainstream liquid alkali technology is summarized and the formed monazite slag is analyzed.The recent research review of recovering uranium,thorium and rare earth from monazite slag through acid technology,alkali technology and comprehensive technology is summarized.Furthermore,three main processes of comprehensive technology about slag leaching,valuable components separating and tailings disposing are also discussed.
