以高岭土为载体、NdH3P2W18O62为活性组分,通过浸渍法制备出40% NdH3 P2W18O62/高岭土催化剂,考察其在催化乙酸与正丁醇酯化反应中的催化活性,利用FT-IR、XRD、SEM、EDX、N2-TPD及NH3-TPD对催化剂结构进行表征.结果表明,NdH3P2W18O62较好地负载在高岭土上,且保持Dawson结构不变.当正丁醇与乙酸的摩尔比为1.5∶1.0,w(40% NdH3P2W18Ou/高岭土)=2.6%(以反应物质量计),反应温度125℃,反应时间2.5h,酯化率为94.4%.该催化剂具有良好的重复使用性能,第5次重复使用时酯化率仍可保持为81.9%.
Phosphotungstic acid neodymium supported on kaolin (40% NdH3P2W18 O62/ Kaolin) were prepared by impregnating method,the catalytic performance was evaluated by the esterification reaction of n-butanol with acetic acid.And its structural characteristics were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM,EDX,N2-TPD and NH3-TPD.The results indicated that the NdH3P2W18O62 was loaded well in kaolin and the NdH3P2W18O62 on kaolin support existed in the form of Dawson structure.The catalyst exhibited high esterification reaction catalytic activity and the highest esterification rate was up to 94.4% under the optimal reaction conditions,i.e.,the mass ratio of butanol to total reactant of 2.6%,reaction temperature of 125 ℃,reaction time of 2.5 h.When the 40% NdH3P2W18O62/kaolin being used five times,the esterification rate could reach 81.9%.
