以四川牦牛坪低品位氟碳铈型稀土矿为试样,检测矿物定量组成、嵌布粒度、粒级分析和单体解离度等工艺矿物学特征,分析比较不同矿物间的密度、磁性等工艺特性差异,进行高梯度湿式强磁选试验,进一步检测磁选精矿的矿物组成和连生关系.结果表明,氟碳铈矿粒度较粗易解离,与重晶石和萤石等矿物磁性差异较大.综合剖析矿石性质,提出强磁选预富集氟碳铈矿的新思路.1.0T背景磁场强度的湿式强磁选试验,89.94% REO可一步分流至磁选精矿中,选矿富集比达4.53,重晶石和萤石含量仅5.76%和4.58%,而91.52%重晶石和95.46%萤石分流至磁选尾矿中,有利于进一步集中综合回收.湿式强磁选预富集技术是处理低品位氟碳铈型稀土矿的有效途径之一.

The process mineralogical characteristics such as mineral composition,disseminated grain size,classification analysis and degree of mineral liberation were tested for the low-grade bastnaesite type rare earth ore in the Maoniuping deposit,Sichuan.Process features differences of density as well as magnetic properties among the minerals were analysed comparatively.The wet high gradient magnetic separation tests were undertaken,and then the mineral composition and intergrowth relationship in magnetic separation concentrate were detected.The results show that bastnaesite is coarse grain in size,easily liberated and belongs to weak magnetic minerals but barite and fluorite are non-magnetic.As the point of comprehensive recovery of resources,a new idea using high intensity magnetic separation in pre-concentrate of bastnaesite was proposed on the ore properties.The rare earth minerals could be streamed to the concentrate of magnetic separation with the 89.94% recovery and 4.53 enrichment ratio by wet HIMS under 1.0T background magnetic field intensity.The barite and fluorite contents in the magnetic concentrate are only 5.76% and 4.58%,respectively,but recovery 91.52% barite and 95.46% fluorite are flowed to magnetic tailings,which is conducive to centralized beneficiated further.Pre-concentration process technology by wet high intensity magnetic separation is one of the effective ways of treating low-grade bastnasite type rare earth ore.
