研究添加十二种稀土离子(La3、Ce3+、Nd3+、Gd3+、Sm3+、Eu3+、Dy3+、Er3+、yb3+、y3+、Ho3+和Lu3+)对嗜热梭菌(Clostridium thermcellum)发酵微晶纤维素生产乙醇产率的影响.分别在培养初始(0h)和生长对数期(12h)添加10-4 mol/L、10-5mol/L和10-6mol/L的十二种稀土离子,观察其对C.thermocellum发酵微晶纤维素生产乙醇产率的影响.研究发现,在培养初始分别添加10-4 mol/L的Ce3+、10-6mol/L的Nd3+、10-6 mol/L的Gd3+或10-4 mol/L的Er3+时,乙醇产率提高显著.其中,在培养基中添加10-6mol/L的Nd3+时,乙醇产率最高,为26.62%,比空白对照组的产率提高了98.36%.还发现,这种乙醇产率增加的现象在稀土离子洗脱后还能维持恒定,菌种性能也能稳定遗传,推测这些稀土离子对C.thermocellum起到了诱变作用.

To study the effect of 12 rare earth ions (La3+,Ce3+,Nd3+,Gd3+,Sm3+,Eu3+,Dy3+,Er3+,Yb3+,Yt3+,Ho3+ and Lu3+) on yield of ethanol with clostridium thermocellum on avicel,the 12 rare earth ions were added to the culture broth at the initiation culture time (0h) and cell growth logarithmic phase (12h),respectively,with concentration of 10-4 mol/L,10-5 mol/L and 10-6 mol/L,and we closely screened the effects on ethanol yield.It is found that 10-6 mol/L Nd3 +had the most powerful improvement effect,the ethanol yield reached 26.62%,and it was 98.36% higher than the control group.The other conditions including 10-4 mol/L Ce3+,10-5mol/L Nd3+ and 10-4 mol/L Er3+,had also significant improvement effect.We also found that the effects remained after the rare earth ions were washed out,which suggested that the rare earth ions may have a mutagenic effect on C.thermocellum.
