为了进一步研究镧对低碳微合金高强钢的影响,利用德国产的L87RITA淬火膨胀仪,光学显微镜和维氏硬度计,绘制出了添加镧和不含镧两种低碳微合金钢的TTT曲线.根据测得的TTT曲线,研究分析镧对组织硬度、TTT曲线的影响.结果表明,镧对低碳微合金钢的等温转变有较大影响.在625℃和600℃等温,均获得了以针状铁素体为主显微组织,600℃以下的等温转变过程,镧抑制针状铁素体的转变;两种成分的低碳微合金钢的TTT曲线上均有两个“C”型,其相互重叠,没有河湾区.添加镧缩短了相变孕育期,同时极大的延迟了相转变结束时间,达到2~5小时.
In order to further study effect of rare earth La on low carbon microalloyed steel,two TTT curves of low carbon microalloyed steels were plotted by L87RITA quenching inflation instrument made in Germany,optical microscope and Vickers hardness tester.According to TTT curves,this paper analyzes effect of rare earth on microstructure,hardness and TTT curves.The results show that rare earth has important effect on isotheral transformation of low carbon microalloyed steel.Keeping temperature at 625 ℃ and 600 ℃,a mass of acicular ferrites were produced,and rare earth restrain transformation of acicular ferrites under temperature of 600 ℃.There are two "C" curves on TTT curves of two steels which overlap each other and there was no bay.Rare earth shortens incubation period and strongly prolongs time of transformation,up to 2 ~ 5 hours.
