以Ce含量分别为0、1.20×10-4和2.0×10-4的3种4145H钻铤钢为实验材料,锻造后进行不同工艺热处理、测量硬度,研究Ce对4145H钢组织及硬度的影响,并制定合理热处理工艺对3种实验钢进行热处理后测量室温冲击性能.结果表明,加入Ce后,退火组织、淬火组织及高温回火组织均得到了细化,且Ce含量越高细化作用越明显,但4145H钢的退火硬度、淬火硬度及高温回火硬度均降低,当Ce含量为1.20×10-4时,退火硬度和淬火硬度最低.室温冲击实验结果表明随着Ce含量的增加,4145H钻铤钢的室温冲击性能不断提高,Ce含量为2.0×10-4时冲击性能最好,和不加Ce的实验钢相比其冲击功由85.38 J提高到98.06 J,提高了14.9%.

Effects of cerium on microstructure,hardness and impact properties at room temperature of 4145H drill collar steel were studied through different heat treatments after forging.The results show that,after addition of cerium,the annealing structure,quenching structure and high temperature tempering structure of the tested steels were refined,the higher the content of cerium,the more obvious the refinement effect,however,the annealing hardness,quenching hardness and high temperature tempering hardness all decreased,and the two former ones reached the lowest value when content of cerium was 1.2 × 10-4.Room temperature impact resistance for the tested steels improved with increase of cerium content,and the impact energy for the tested steel with content of cerium 2.0 × 10-4 was up to the best value of 85.38 J that is 14.0% higher than that without cerium.
