将不同含量的AB5型(LaCePrNd) (NiCoAl)5合金与(LaPrMg) (NiAl)35合金(主相为A5B19和A2B7型相,并含有少量的AB5和AB2型相)通过球磨混合,研究了相对含量的改变对(AB35/AB5)合金体系储氢性能的影响.研究发现,合金体系的气态和电化学储氢容量均随AB5型合金含量的增加而减小,但电化学循环稳定性并不随其同步变化,当两种初始合金含量相当时体系的电化学循环稳定性最佳;形貌和腐蚀电化学分析发现虽然AB5型合金具有更优良的耐腐蚀性,但其含量的提高会使AB35型合金的腐蚀加剧,反而导致合金体系的循环稳定性降低.
Effects of the relative abundance on the hydrogen storage performances in a series of (AB3.5/ABs) composites were studied in this work.The results show that both the electrochemical and gas-solid hydrogen storage capacity decrease with increase of the AB5-type alloy.While the electrochemical cycling stability exhibits an asynchronous evolution,where the composite composed of equivalent content of the two component alloys displays the best cycling stability.Though corrosion resistance of the ABs-type alloy is demonstrated to be better,corrosion of the AB3.5-type alloy is found to be aggravated with increasing of the AB5-type alloy,resulting in deterioration of the cycling stability.
